Any individual, business, or entity engaged in the sale, distribution, marketing, or representation of Temeisheng or Soontran products without proper authorization from SBR may be subject to legal action in accordance with the applicable laws of Nepal.
If you become aware of any unauthorized dealer, reseller, or entity claiming to sell or distribute Temeisheng or Soontran products without authorization, please report the matter to our Legal Department at: legal (at) sbr.com.np
Upon receiving a credible report, our legal team will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, initiate legal proceedings and pursue all remedies available under the laws of Nepal to protect the rights of the brands, our business, and consumers.
